Shipping & Handling Policy

 

How to Order

BEROXpert North America, LLC™'s products are available online or by contacting the sales team directly. Our operation hours are 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday EST. Shipping Policy

In case any SHORTAGE or DAMAGE incurred during transportation is detected, notify the delivering transportation agent and BEROXpert North America, LLC™ immediately. If Customer has paid the freight, Customer must file a claim within 3 calendar days from receipt of goods or risk losing any recovery from the freight carrier. Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when we have our signed Bill of Lading by our local transportation agent. Upon Customer request, replacement shipment will be made subject to general terms and conditions as a new order.

 

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items shipping within the United States, an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. This incremental charge is charged for the total quantity ordered.

 

Note: the incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

 

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 3 days of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

 

Our standard shipping policies currently apply to shipments to the contiguous 48 states in the United States.


Alaska, Hawaii and any other territories under the control of the United States

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii and any other territories under the control of the United States will be shipped via FedEx and may incur an additional shipping charge based on the weight of the package.

 

Canada, Mexico, and other countries and territories in Central America

We do ship to Canada, Mexico, and all other Central American countries and Caribbean islands. While we are not able to process purchases through our website for customers in these countries at this time, we CAN sell and ship to these areas and can calculate a custom quote for you that will include duties, taxes, and fees. Please contact us directly at sales-usa@beroxpert.com or call us at (770) 710-0927. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.

 

APO or FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please contact the team at BEROXpert North America to arrange alternate shipping.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not have a standard method of shipping outside of the United States at this time. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase our products, please contact us directly at sales-usa@beroxpert.com or call us at (770) 710-0927. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.
